About us
We're a small South Tyrolean family, with a circle of friends and collaborators who share our idea of hospitality. Alberto and Lorenzo handle operations, Nicoletta is our co-host in Venice, and a small team takes care of welcome, cleaning and organisation. We work with discretion: you won't see us around the apartment, but we're always within reach — a WhatsApp message is all it takes, and we're there for you.
Good to know
All our apartments include bed linen, towels, free Wi-Fi and final cleaning. For direct bookings, a 30% deposit is required upon confirmation; the balance is charged automatically 7 days before arrival. Access is independent via self check-in: you'll receive all instructions by email before arrival. For anything you need during your stay, we're available by email and WhatsApp.
