BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Provider Domee is a brand of Immobiliare Checchin SAS, Via Marie Curie, 39100 Bolzano (BZ), VAT 01756520217. These terms govern direct bookings made through this website. 2. Booking and confirmation A booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid. The national identification codes (CIN) of each property are shown on the respective pages. 3. Prices and tourist tax Prices shown are per night and include final cleaning. The local tourist tax, where applicable, is payable on site. 4. Payment On confirmation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is charged to a credit card via the secure Stripe payment service. The balance (70%) is charged automatically to the same card 7 days before arrival. 5. Cancellations and changes - Up to 30 days before check-in: full refund of the deposit paid. - From 29 to 7 days before check-in: the 30% deposit is retained as a cancellation fee and no further payment will be required. - In the last 6 days before check-in, in case of cancellation, no-show or early departure: no refund. - If the balance is not paid within 7 days before arrival, the booking will be considered cancelled by the guest and the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. Date changes are subject to availability. Any tourist tax not due will be refunded if already collected. 6. Arrival and departure Self check-in from 3:00 PM to midnight; check-out by 10:00 AM. Access instructions are sent by email before arrival. 7. Use of the property The property may only be occupied by the number of guests stated in the booking. Parties and events are not allowed. Small dogs are welcome. The house rules published on the website apply. 8. Liability and damages The guest is responsible for any damage caused during the stay. The provider is not liable for lost personal belongings or for disruptions beyond its control. 9. Force majeure The provider is not liable for non-performance due to force majeure. 10. Complaints Any complaint should be reported promptly to info@domee.it for a quick resolution. 11. Governing law and jurisdiction Italian law applies. The court of Bolzano has jurisdiction over any dispute.
